What do I need to know before attending camp?
1. Bring a set of hand weights (3-8 lbs for women -- 5 lbs are suggested and 8-12 lbs for men. Available at Sport Chalet)
2. An exercise mat (a thicker mat may be preferred)
3. Bottle of water
4. Towel
5. Good pair of athletic shoes
6. Workout gloves
7. Polar heart rate monitor
How many people are in each camp?
This number usually varies from 15-30.
What is a typical day like at boot camp?
We don't have typical days -- You can expect a
mixture of cardio & weight-training exercises,
and sports-related games. Each day is designed
to be fun and different, but never boring!
Is there a refund policy?
If you are unable to attend camp due to
circumstances out of your control, we can offer
you a refund if you notify us prior to your
session start date. However, we will charge
a $50.00 cancellation fee.
If you are not able to complete the camp you originally started (due to injury or major illness that keeps you from attending camp for 5 or more consecutive days), we can only give you a credit towards another boot camp. This credit is nontransferable. There is no cash refund. This is not negotiable.
