- Appointments & Cancellations: Training sessions must be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited without refund.
- Professional Standards: All trainers assigned by Encore Personal Trainers, LLC are certified, CPR/AED trained, and fully insured. Clients are expected to adhere to facility rules and respectful behavior during all coaching sessions.
- Payment Terms: Payments for training packages, memberships, and life coaching must be rendered prior to the start of training sessions.
3. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Physical exercise involves inherent risks of bodily injury, including but not limited to muscle strains, joint injuries, cardiovascular events, or heat exhaustion.
Before beginning any exercise or nutrition program with Encore Personal Trainers, LLC, you should consult with a licensed physician. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which you might incur as a result of participating in our programs.
