Competition Details:
Any Encore Personal Training client is eligible to enter the contest!
Measurements, "Before," "Progress," & "After" Pictures must be taken by Encore Personal Training staff. See photo shoot instructions for details.
A panel of expert trainers, managers, and gym professionals will judge the results.
Each season a winner has the option to be published in local and national media campaigns.
Every three months, Judges will be looking for overall body change, increases in lean muscle tissue, loss of inches on the waist, reduction in body fat, and overall aesthetic improvement in the photographs.
